Shipping and Delivery Information

Satisfaction guarantee—We raise our bison with pride and practices to be proud of and are committed to providing you the highest quality product available. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within ten (10) days of receiving your shipment, and we will be happy to resolve any issues.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes—We can ship anywhere in the Continental USA. Contact us for shipping information and/or restrictions to Alaska and Hawaii. Twin Valley Bison will try to accommodate everyone, however, some shipping restrictions may apply. Our representatives will notify you of any restrictions before you place your order. All of our meat is shipped frozen and packed with frozen gel packs in insulated containers. A handling fee of $5 is applied to all orders.

Payment options—Twin Valley Bison is pleased to accept Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept cash or COD.

Next day delivery—Orders placed before 10AM CST on Monday through Thursday can be delivered on the next business day.

Courier Used – All shipments will be shipped DHL overnight delivery unless notified differently. * For orders over 149 lbs, please call for shipping cost *
