Bison Tenderloin Steak

  • Bison Fondue
  • 2 lbs boneless sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Sauces
  • Cooking Oil

Arrange cubes of meat in individual dishes lined with lettuce leaves: place at each place setting. Set out 3 or 4 sauces. (e.g., Steak sauces, horseradish sauce, cocktail dips, mustard sauce, teriyaki sauce, bleu cheese salad dressing or make your own sauces). Place fondue pot in center of table. Heat cooking oil until about 375° or until it browns a cube of bread quickly. Place oil in fondue pot over heating unit.
